There's a new trailer for Darksiders from E3 you can check it out on Gamespot Looks amazing!

Adam has also sent me a larger image of one of the Darksiders characters and I also added one of the images from the Darksiders site.

Also it looks like Ultimates 3 #5 has been pushed back 9/3, thanks to Dave for the news.

Adam King from THQ has contacted me to help spread the news that Joe Mad! will be signing at the Comic Con in San Diego.

Here are the times they will be at the Con..

They will also be giving away a DS goodie that Mad! will be signing, it's a poster with Mad! art on it that I added to the image gallery it's a pdf so it should download to your computer too. Attached to the piece will be a game piece that people can register on the Darksiders Community site online, for a chance to enter a sweepstakes. There will be an instant win prize - one winner will be decided each day, to win a Darksiders Hoodie from 7/24 - 10/24. At the end, there's a grand prize sweepstakes as well. The grand prize is an exclusive piece of Darksiders art from Joe Mad - a one of a kind - and also a custom Xbox 360 painted by Joe Mad...did you catch that Original Art and a XBOX 360 painted by Mad!.

Yes that's right according to Diamond next week Ultimates 3 #4 should arrive along with a David Finch variant. Also this week a book called ULTIMATES 3 MARCH ON ULTIMATUM MUST-HAVE will be out as well. I will contact Mad! and see if he can send us some previews for Ultimates 3 #4 maybe some pencils..please!

Some preview pages from Ultimates 3 #3 have been posted on CBR I've added the images to the gallery too. Looks like the book will be out on February 20th and will have a Frank Cho variant..sweet that went by fast. I wish I had all weekend to stare at these but I will be starring at my girlfriend all weekend, we are leaving for Valentines Day, so I won't be around this weekend...aahh.

Also in my last update I forgot to mention Mad! will be at Wizard World LA. Check out this link for info.

okay so it's been awhile now..sorry. If you haven't checked out the forums there has been some news, I've just been busy to get around to posting..the reason being..I finally got a girlfriend smilies_luv

So first up issue #2 of Ultimates has been released, if you haven't picked it up you're crazy. You can check out preview pages on CBR link There's a couple pages that I don't have here, but I won't post them because one they're blurry as hell and the BOOK IS OUT! GO BUY IT!

Next the Marvel Spotlight book is out. It has interviews and some pencils. Check out the scan maverick1104 posted, I added it to the gallery. I haven't got my copy yet..I know I know see above :D

Last is Marvel will be releasing the Ultimates in Pencils. It sounds like it will be all the issues, but I'm not sure. You can read about it here newsarama link

Other news the Ultimates 3 #1 reprint is out and even if you have it already you should pick up this one it looks completely different..the lights are on.

I will also scan the Iron and the Maiden sketch cover and hopefully put it up this weekend i've been extremely busy this week and probably will from here on out..so well see when i can post stuff.

It's not the Ultimates but I requested this from Mad! and he was nice enough to send it to me. This image is so badass and I just wanted to see the pencils to it, I can't wait to play this game...so enjoy and let's hope Mad! sends some Ultimates exclusives too.

Holy Sh!t! This website is f$@kin awsome! The animated graphic characters look awsome! If they could redo World of Warcraft with this type of graphic I would so be in love. This team has taken video game graphics to a whole new level.

isn't that game suppose to be out now or is it still in development !? seems like he's been promoting it at every game shows.not sure tho.i wish he would go back to being a comic book artist then a video game designer

Feels weird seeing Joe's old pencil work lol. I think "Wow! Joe slacked off in so much detail. . . how could he ever miss a deadline!", but when I compare his past work with todays I'm amazed to see he put so much more effort into filling up the empty space. When I look at Darksider I think "Comic Book", when I look at his past work I think "Animation". Anyway, thanks for post these up! Also Thanks Joe for letting Nathen post these up lol! I think this is enough to fuel me up for while. :P

yeah i guess lazy was a poor choice of word. i just hope that he's not pulling another battle chasers again or better yet, i hope he's back drawing battle chasers. just want to see how that story ends

Errr... I wouldn't go that far to say "he's lazy". I'm sure Joe has his reasons for not handing over the goodies. Gotta remember this isn't just a JoeMad decision this is a JoeMad and company decision on weither or not he is allowed to post any art on the web.
